Lights will dim, screams will fade, and when they do, Spirits of Abomination is on the hunt to do it all over again. And with 5 members, Shredder-Wailing Banshee Axe(Lead Guitar 1), Curse-Cancerous Doom Chords(Lead Guitar2), Darkness-Infernal Preacher(vocals), KillJoy-Homicidal Bursts of Tyranny(Drums), and Spectre-Impulsive Death Rattle(Bass)the appetite for this beast of a Black Metal band is nearly insatiable. Intertwining with other great metal from years before, Spirits of Abomination has a sound that is completely unmatched by any other band in existence.

Considering the origins for what the group is today, it's almost as if Spirits of Abomination was meant to take the world by a relentless storm. In 2007, Shredder and Curse both were long awaiting the arrival of a vocalist who not only had dedication, but a voice to match the rage in their guitar work. And after auditioning countless singers who said the guitars were too heavy for what they wanted to sing, it was the one vocalist, Darkness, who prior to hearing Shredder & Curse play, was dead sure they weren't going to be heavy enough, that made it click. Soon after, KillJoy was found and enlisted, and the arrival of Spectre completed the war-machine.

The band itself underwent countless line-up and name changes in reaching what it is today. From former drummers pawning their equipment, to vocalists with stage fright and the wrong sense of direction, this band is nearly 2 YEARS in the making. But even with all of that time in the molding process, they still had to wonder if the planet was ready for such an ensemble. And as they have now been playing shows since March of '08, they find they are giving the Underground and Metal Extremists, exactly what they want.

With MUCH better recordings of their Demo coming soon, Spirits of Abomination is looking to start touring nationwide very soon. And with Norwegian Label "Soiled Tyrant" looking to back them, the dream may become a reality for these 5 soon. And for those not ready, the Nightmare looms before you. So when the lights come on, and the screams commence...Pray Someone Saves You, but Be Prepared to Die!!
